To 40ml Milli-Q water add

1.192g IPTG (isopropyl-b-D-thiogalactoside)

-Bring Volume to 50 ml with Milli-Q water

-Filter Sterilize through 0.2 or 0.45 micron filter

-Store in frozen 1 ml aliquots
