Mung Bean Nuclease Digestion of ssDNA

at CBRC1) Resuspend DNA at 1ug/10ul in 1x Mung Bean Nuclease Buffer
2) Add 0.5 to 1.0 units of Mung Bean Nuclease (NEB# 250S) per
ug of DNA
3) Incubate at 30'C for 30 minutes
4) Put reaction on Ice, add NaCl to 0.2M
5) Do Phenol/Phenol-Chloroform/Chloroform extraction
6) Ethanol precipitate DNA
10x Mung Bean Nuclease Buffer is:
500mM Sodium Acetate pH 5.0
300mM NaCl
10mM ZnSO4
