To entire contents of 5 mg vial add:

5ml Methanol

Mix well, store 50µl aliquots tightly sealed at -20°C

Use at 2µg/ml

To 100mg vial add

10ml Milli-Q water

Mix well, store 50µl aliquots at -20°C

Leupeptin 2.5mg/ml in water stock = 50x

To 25 mg vial add

10 ml Milli-Q water

Mix well, store 50µl aliquots at -20°C

PMSF 100mM in Isopropanol stock = 100x

To 100 ml Isopropanol add

1.742g PMSF (do in fume hood)

Stir until dissolved

Store at room temperature
