RNAse A 10mg/ml (DNAse Free)

To 15ml Milli-Q water add:

200ml Tris pH 7.5 = 10mM

60ml 5M NaCl = 15mM

0.200g RNAse A = 10mg/ml

-Bring volume up to 20ml with Milli-Q water

-Stir well

-Put into beaker of boiling water

-Boil for 15 minutes to inactivate DNAse

-Remove beaker from source of heat and allow to cool slowly

to room temperature

-Store 0.5ml Aliquots in -20'C

Wear gloves while preparing this solution
