• Start with 0.02 to 1µg of DNA in 25 to 50µl

• Insert Chromaspin column into 2ml tube & spin 700g for 5 minutes

• Discard flowthrough: Column should look semi-dry

• Add sample to the center of dry column bed

• Spin 700g for 5 minutes

• Collect flowthru
