10x TBE
For 1 liter start with 900ml Milli-Q water then add
108g Tris-Base
55g Boric Acid
40ml 0.5M EDTA (to 20mM)
Bring volume to 1000ml with Milli-Q Water

Check but do not adjust pH. Should be ~8.3
