To 40ml of Yeast Culture Supernatant add
10ml ice-cold 100% TCA (100g TCA brought to 100ml Milli-Q)
Wait 20 minutes on Ice
Centrifuge at > 10,000g for 10 minutes, decant supernatant
Wash twice with ice-cold 50% Acetone or ice-cold 95% Ethanol
Resuspend protein in 1x SDS-PAGE sample buffer, or in PBS.
